Born in Galway, Newcastle, Ireland, Nora-Jane Noone is better than the pot of gold at the end of a rainbow. She had been acting in high school, most notably playing the “what character is that?” role of Jan in Grease, before getting her big break in The Magdalene Sisters (2002). Magdalene asylums were places where heavily religious parents sent their daughters, or orphans were sent by whoever, for non criminal but socially frowned upon issues like premarital sex, prostitution and teen pregnancy. While they were very bad, Nora-Jane’s body was very good in what was not only her professional debut–but also her nude one.
